Hi, I'm Cheryl

Throughout my lifetime, I’ve lost and gained the same weight more times than I’d like to acknowledge. 

I want to teach you how to get to your goal weight eating the foods that you love.
 

I want to teach you the skills I learned to make it possible to be at our goal weight.

I used to think
  • I’m too old to get to my ideal weight

  • I love food so much

  • I’m addicted to sugar

  • When I’m stressed, I always eat

  • It’s just too hard

  • I thought I could never be successful at weight loss

What I learned and how I reached my goal weight
  • I ate the foods I wanted and enjoyed

  • I didn’t starve myself

  • I listened to my body when it came to food

  • I learned how to eat when I’m hungry and stop before I’ve had too much
